Shiner / Stubb’s Backyard Bar-B-Q Pack Promotion Details
Must be 21 or over. Bar-B-Q pack for California residents will not include the Shiner Koozie due to state law.
This promotion begins on June 1, 2007 and expires when 5,000 unique households provide contact information or April 1, 2008, whichever comes first.
During the promotion period, the first five-thousand (5,000) households that complete the entry form will receive a Backyard Bar-B-Q Pack which includes a Shiner Koozie, a Shiner pamphlet, a Stubb’s bottle opener, a Stubb’s recipe and a Stubb’s coupon.
Neither Shiner nor Stubb’s is responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for computer system or phone line errors, software/hardware malfunctions or other errors, failures or delays in transmissions that are human or technical in nature. By providing your information, you agree to be bound by the terms of the promotion. Void where prohibited.
The first 5,000 households will be determined by a computer time/date stamp and all will be monitored by Prism Marketing Partners, whose decisions in all matters regarding the total number of households and pack fulfillment is final.
By accepting a pack, persons agree to release and hold all participant companies including, Shiner Beer, Stubb’s Legendary Kitchen, Prism Marketing Partners and each of their respective directors, employees and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, harmless from any liability, loss or damage incurred from participating in this promotion, or the use, misuse or acceptance of pack materials.
Shiner and Stubb’s reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the promotion should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the promotional parties corrupt the administration of the program.
